• Waiver of subrogation rights when insured agrees to prospectively waive via written contract

• Non-practicing extended regulatory and/or death and disability extend regular periods

• Automatic coverage for acquisitions of entities whose revenues are less than 50% of the named insured’s revenues

• Admitted Architects & PROtect form, written on Argonaut Insurance Company paper, is filed in all 50 states, approved in 45, with the remaining states expected to be approved shortly
• Architect & Engineers PROtect form, written on non-admitted Peleus Insurance Company paper, is available in all 50 states
• Real Estate Developers PROtect form, written on non-admitted Peleus Insurance Company paper, is available in all 50 states
