Employee-Powered Innovation
Our recently launched Stretch Marketplace gives employees a way to enhance their skills or build new ones by collaborating on internal Stretch Assignments. This opportunity provides employees a chance to develop new skills or share expert skills with other teams, while helping the organization solve a real business problem.
In addition, the company’s mentoring program offers employees a chance to connect with their peers through a unique Diversity and Inclusion lens. This six-month program focuses on the power skills that build strong leaders in an effort to create a holistic learning environment at Argo. Topics include emotional and cultural intelligence, storytelling, unconscious bias and more. Through small peer-learning groups, Argo employees will develop stronger cultural competence and be equipped with the tools to share their findings with their colleagues – leading to a more inclusive and engaged workplace.
