Payment Bond
If you are a subcontractor, supplier, or other person or entity that has supplied labor and/or materials to a bonded project and you would like to submit a payment bond claim, please see the contact information below for our surety claims department. As a convenience, we have provided several means by which you may contact us, but in so doing, we do not waive your obligation to comply with any requirements set forth in the terms and conditions of the bond and/or required by any law governing the project and we expressly reserve all of our rights and defenses pursuant to the bond, contract documents, at law and/or in equity.
Please Note: If you submit a claim in a form or manner that does not comply with any and all requirements set forth in the bond or laws governing the bonded project, it may not be sufficient to perfect a claim. We suggest that you seek legal counsel to ensure you have adhered to all requirements for making a claim.
Performance Bond
If you are an obligee on a performance bond and wish to advise of a claim, potential claim, or other concerns related to a bonded project, please see the contact information below for our surety claims department. Commercial Bond
