I’ve recently written about trends to keep an eye on regarding professional liability coverage for law firms, such as cyberthreats, the economy, the political landscape, email and social media.

But those aren’t the only topics to keep in mind when it comes to liability exposures lawyers face. At a recent Argo Pro Lawyers’ Professional Liability Conference in Las Vegas, we invited defense attorneys, insurance brokers, underwriters and claims professionals to discuss a range of issues including an aging client population, trends regarding legalizing marijuana and evolving ethics in the wake of changing technologies.
