Argo Group Hires Chris Sitowski as Director, Claims Shared Services

New York – October 13, 2020 – Argo Group International Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: ARGO) (“Argo” or “the company”), an underwriter of specialty insurance and reinsurance products, today announced Chris Sitowski has been named Director of Claims Shared Services. Sitowski will report to Steve Laudermilch, U.S. Chief Claims Officer, and oversee multiple areas including Claims Quality, Compliance, Counter-Fraud, Subrogation and Salvage.

“With more than 30 years of claims experience, Chris brings excellent technical expertise and a track record of building claims capabilities and achieving results,” said Steve Laudermilch. “I am excited to have Chris join our team and help deliver on the Argo promise of exceptional claims service.”

Sitowski joins Argo from Chubb North America, where he was head of Quality Assurance and Claims Compliance. He graduated from North Park University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in business administration. He spent almost a decade at ACE and Chubb building and leading Claims Quality Assurance, Compliance, Counter Fraud and Recovery programs.
