
Striving for Gender Balance in the Industry
In line with Lloyd’s market targets, Argo Managing Agency will work to achieve 35% female representation in leadership positions (Board, Executive Committee, Executive Committee Direct Report) and 20% female representation on the Board and Executive Committee combined by December 31, 2023. Female representation in leadership positions is currently at 29%, we are actively working on an internal strategy which covers Recruitment, Retention, Culture and Data to provide specific actions to work towards meeting the target. We currently exceed the 20% target for female representation on the Board and Executive combined.
