Striving for Gender Balance in the Industry

In line with Lloyd’s market targets, Argo Managing Agency will work to achieve 35% female representation in leadership positions (Board, Executive Committee, Executive Committee Direct Report) and 20% female representation on the Board and Executive Committee combined by December 31, 2023.  As of September 30, 2021, Argo Group had 31% female representation in senior management positions.
