Online grocery training

A free comprehensive Web-based training program for your in-force Grocers Insurance grocery clients. This training addresses primary loss causes as well as hazards specific to each store department. The goal is to reduce the cost of accidents, help control insurance premiums and deductible pay-outs, and promote a thriving safety culture.

Monthly safety tips for grocery stores and restaurants

Every month, a safety tip* is e-mailed to our agents summarizing the steps your clients can take to minimize or possibly avoid a potential loss cause. The tip is one page, concise and to the point, packed with practical information for creating a safe work environment and avoiding claims. You pass the tip on to your clients — a value-added feature of doing business with your agency.

Loss control bulletins

Comprehensive information* addressing a wide range of safety hazards common to grocery stores and restaurants. Topics include Floor Monitoring, Internal Theft Prevention, Return-to-Work Programs, Safety incentive Programs and more. Some are available in Spanish.
