General Claims Reporting Process

How to Report a Claim

  1. Contact the Cline Wood Agency at 888-451-3900 and provide them the information necessary to report the claim.
  2. The Cline Wood Agency will submit your claim to Argo. This will include the ACORD claims form and all attachments. This will be sent to Argo via email or fax:
  3. Once the ACORD is received by Argo, it will be entered into the Argo claims system. After the claim is entered, an email is generated to the Cline Wood Agency providing the following information about the adjuster assigned to manage the claim:
    • Adjuster name
    • Adjuster phone number
    • Claim number assigned to the loss.
  4. The Cline Wood Agency will provide the contact information to you.

  • Timely reporting of claims is critical for efficient and fair claims handling. Please be sure to have the CLAIM NUMBER when referring to any claim subsequent to initial reporting.
  • The claims management process will involve claims professionals throughout the Argo Group company, including Trident Insurance Services. Communications may be sent on the subsidiary agency’s letterhead.
