Here’s what Santa should know about an employment practices liability policy through Argo Pro:


The policy would protect against lawsuits by elves claiming wrongful termination, harassment or poor working conditions.

 

The annual premium would likely range between $10,000 and $15,000, with limits of $1 million to $5 million for small to mid-size companies.

 

He’s likely a good risk, which means a lower premium. “The elves have a happy, healthy work environment,” said Rich Edsall, senior vice president, commercial management liability at Argo Pro.
